Leslie Tennant, HR Manager

 Leslie takes care of all of our clients who are looking for an Associate. Leslie is currently based in Vancouver, Canada. Before The Behaviour Change Clinic, Leslie worked in the investment sector of the finance industry. Even though she thrived in this fast-paced field, Leslie always had an interest in supporting children with developmental and learning disabilities. She left the business world behind and began a new career as a behaviour interventionist with a large Canadian service provider.

Leslie’s diverse professional background has allowed her to take on a variety of management roles over the course of her career.

With over 17 years of experience working with families and in management roles, Leslie brings dynamic skills and abilities to her role as the HR Manager.

When she’s not at the office, you can find Leslie hanging out with her family, coaching soccer, officiating for BC Athletics, and serving as the President of the Board of Directors for Ocean Athletics.

 

 

Larissa Koutakos, MSc ABA, BCBA, ABA/VB Consultant

Larissa has been with The Behaviour Change Clinic since 2012. Previous to joining TBCC, Larissa worked on home and school based ABA programmes for 2 years. She also has experience working in a well known UK based ABA school. Larissa has worked with children ages 2 through to adult. She currently acts as ABA/VB supervisor and provides ongoing parent and tutor training to our clients. Larissa has a BSc in Psychology and a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst.

 

 

 Annabel O’Connor,20130311_213822 MA, BCBA, ABA/VB Consultant

Annabel has been with The Behaviour Change Clinic since March 2013. Annabel has a BSc in Psychology, Masters in Social work, and Postgraduate diploma in ABA. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. Annabel has been working on home ABA/VB programmes since 2010 with children ages 2-13.  

 

Katie Kirby, BSc (Hons) Psychology, Feeding Specialistsecuredownload

Katie joined The Behaviour Change Clinic in April 2014. Katie worked for three years in Dubai as an ABA Therapist and Feeding Supervisor. Katie has worked with a wide range of families and has experience in training new tutors. Katie’s expertise is in feeding problems  in children with ASD and receives supervision from Dr. Melissa Olive, BCBA-D as required. Katie currently resides in Qatar and provides supervision services to all clients of TBCC who have children with feeding problems via Skype.

 

Imogen Wild, BSc (Hons) Psychology, ABA/VB Lead Tutor

Imogen joined The Behaviour Change Clinic in May 2015. Imogen comes with two years experience working in a highly rated ABA school in the UK. Previous to this, Imogen worked as an Assistant Educational Psychologist in a special school in the UK, and taught English as a second language to children in South Korea. Imogen is currently studying for a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis.

 

Katy Morris, BSc Applied Psychology, ABA/VB Lead Tutor and Supervisor

Katy has been working as a Lead Tutor for The Behaviour Change Clinic since April 2015. Katy gained the majority of her experience from a popular ABA school in the UK where she worked from 2011-2014. Katy also has experience working as an Assistant Educational Psychologist in a Residential SEN school. Katy has worked with children of all ages, from 3 through to adults using the principles of ABA. Katy is currently studying for her Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis.

 

 

Holly Smith, BSc, ABA/VB Lead Tutor

Holly has been working with The Behaviour Change Clinic since October 2015. She gained the majority of her experience working with an established intensive home programme ABA company in the UK from August 2009 to October 2015. She received extensive theory and practical training and has been regularly supervised by BCBA registered consultants throughout her career. She has experience working with children from the ages 3 to 16. Holly is currently studying for her masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis.
